Drawing in rice

I saw this idea a couple of places online. One person suggested using flour, another suggested using rice. I decided on the rice because it would be easier to pick up. You pour rice (or flour) into a cookie sheet and teach your child to draw in it, you can also teach them when you shake the cookie sheet the design disappears. They said to let your child use their finger but I used a paint brush.

We started outside (again to avoid a mess but some bees chased us inside after a few minutes.

Lincoln played with this for about an hour! And it was really easy to clean up, Linc was so careful not to spill inside.

Lincoln, and his Zen garden. When you have Two ask him if you can use his Zen Garden to help you deal w/ stress. Get him a little tree (fake) a coupie rocks umm, a dog, and tell him they must stay in the garden, but the garden can change. What do you mean a good mom you're a great mom!
