Smiles!!

Finally caught on camera...

Bumbo chair

I attempted to put Lincoln in his cousin Harlow's bumbo chair (which is why its pink) and he kept looking down. I finally realized it was because he had never been able to look at his shoes before so I took one shoe off and held it out for him to look at and I covered the other shoe with a burp cloth and low and behold he lifted his head.

Linc loves cousin Harlow!!

My sister Jessica and I finally live close to each other again and Lincoln gets to play with her little girl (Harlow) everyday. We decided to put them next to each other in her pack 'n' play. When we first put them in they were both wide awake but the second Harlow laid down next to Lincoln he rolled over and grabbed her shoulder and fell asleep. She was kicking him like crazy and he has never slept better!

Our Beautiful Boy!

I never thought I would see the day when I was actually caught up on my blog but here it is, the most recent picture of our beautiful boy.

Daddy's boy

Ok there is absolutely no comment needed for this first one...

These Nike's were the first thing we bought for Lincoln. At the time we thought it would take forever for him to fit into them and here he is 8 weeks old and size 3 already fits!

My favorite thing to wake up to

Every night I put Linc to bed in a gown that covers his hands because he likes to scratch his face and somehow he manages to sneak a little finger or two out by the time I wake up. It makes me smile every time I see it.

Christmas

The Packers bought the grandkids all matching PJ's

The twins were so cute holding his hands, leave it to Linc to already be winking at the ladies!

My little scholar

Lincoln was able to hold his pacifier ever since he was born and I think it is the cutest thing ever! All of these pictures were taken the first week he was born.

The first week home

I am so grateful my mom was able to make it out to Utah for Lincoln's birth! It was so nice to have her there at the hospital but especially when we took him home! (they forgot to give us his instruction manuel)

Ten days after Lincoln was born we packed everything up and moved to California (with a lot of help from Jimmy and Kira!). Linc heard we were going so he decided to get a tanning bed delivered to our apartment to get ready for the big day.

At the hospital and first day home

Lincoln was born Dec. 4th 2009. He was 21 1/2 inches long and weighed 8 pounds 8 ounces.

Thomas' family celebrates Easter but never really did Easter egg hunts so when I found out I was pregnant with Lincoln I set up an Easter egg hunt in our house for when he got home from work. Some of the eggs had candy in them and some of the eggs had clues for him to go somewhere else in the house to get a present.
So magically as luck would have it the last egg he found said for him to go upstairs and look in the shower. For anyone who doesn't know, Thomas is a huge golfer so I bought a child's golf set and put three pregnancy test on it. (The part that is not shown is that after Thomas found out we were pregnant he made me take a few more test just to make sure... Seven tests later he still wasn't convinced but I refused to buy more).

But my all time favorite picture is his reaction when he figures out what just happened...
